This drawing is of a crusading knight who is suffering a terrible fate, having his own massive sword plunged to the hilt through his balls and into the boulder beneath, pinning his gigantic orbs to the stone. It's a play on Excalibur, of course, so kind of tongue-in-cheek. ;)
