This is another sketch that languished for a long time on my sketch pad, and only recently was I inspired to flesh it out into a complete drawing.
Poor Billy is being cruelly used and abused. His cock (which is flaccid by the way -- it gets MUCH bigger when it's hard) has been punctured by a big meat hook, stretching it up and away from his crotch, while his enormous balls have been nailed to a solid platform, making it easier to hammer and club those massive testicles. They are currently hammering his bruised and battered nuts with an oversized meat tenderizer, the small spikes lacerating his sac and digging deeper and deeper into the swollen and weakening tissues. But Billy's balls are somehow STILL holding strong, refusing to break even under THIS terrible abuse.
But the moment they flip that hammer around and start using the side with the long spikes, Billy's big balls are doomed...
By the way, there is a light scattering of freckles across Billy's nose, cheeks, chest, and shoulders. I imagine that he's a young and beautiful red head, with very pale skin prone to freckling.
Maybe add branding iron behind his ass. When his nuts are smashed he will swing back onto it.

DeleteAt first I thought this young stud should be restrained more, but the minimal bondage actually works to intensify the torture. This way, our ginger bull has to struggle to keep his no doubt impressive weight off of the nails in his sack and the hook through his sausage.

And speaking of, that hook piercing is REALLY working for me. I don't know how he could, but if Billy makes it out of this situation I'd like to think that it awakened something in him and he now craves intense situations like this one, and he wears a massive prince albert piercing to remind himself how it all began.
Yeah, I wanted to use the young man's own fantastically enormous weight against him. Cuz no matter how strong he is, eventually even his muscles will get fatigued, and he won't be able to hold his weight aloft, forcing the hook through the meat of his cock - not to mention the nailed hammered through his scrotum - to bear more and more of his weight.
