DeleteOne explanation is that they simply wanted to be cruel -- getting the handsome muscle stud all worked up, taking him to the edge of climax over and over again, making him long for one last orgasm...and then slicing off his aching balls and depriving him of that final release.
Another explanation is that they need all of that juicy cum and thick testicular meat for another purpose. Perhaps those huge bull nuts are to be slow roasted and used as the centerpiece for some great feast. Or maybe they're to be pulped so that scientists can extract the stud's phenomenal genetic material for use in future experiments.
Ooh, or here's one I just thought of! Maybe those same scientists intend to keep those massive bollocks alive, hooking them up to an artificial blood and nutrient supply, and forcing them to produce their life-giving sperm at a fantastically accelerated rate, one that could not be sustained when attached to their studly host. This last scenario could actually give the beefy bull stud a glimmer of hope -- if he can somehow escape and get his balls reattached, then he could be made whole once more. But he'd better act quickly; the method that the scientists use to accelerate the sperm production in detached testicles will eventually burn them out, so he'll need to rescue his massive gonads before they're reduced to nothing more than useless, lifeless husks!
