DeleteIt does look like his balls are getting quite softened up... maybe he's going to take them so far that one more hit would end up nutting him, ending his manhood. Then, he lets his massive nuts heal. This, of course, will only make his nuts tougher, more powerful, pumping his body full of even more testosterone and making even more sperm. Then he puts them through even more tortures, but never fully unmans himself, just making his balls tougher, his body more masculine.
